Colorado NAPUS
Postmasters ~ Proudly Serving America

2010 State NAPUS
Convention
The Colorado Chapter of NAPUS State convention will be held starting on the evening of June 24th and ending with Brunch on Sunday June 27. The board has voted to hold the state convention at the Double Tree Hotel in Westminster. The hotel will be setting aside hotel rooms (quad) at $99 a night which will include breakfast. On Thursday afternoon/evening we will have registration and an evening get together in the hospitality room. On Friday and Saturday we will be providing training and holding our yearly Chapter meetings. I know that Joan Mallon is already working on training for every level of Postmaster during these two days. I will be working to secure the IT department from the district for our computer training. On Sunday we will be honoring our Colorful Colorado Postmaster of the year and awarding our scholarships for 2010.
With all the changes in the Postal Service it is more important now, than ever before, that you become active in your NAPUS organization and attend this state convention to learn, to share and to make/renew old friendships. The best training comes from our peer Postmasters and now more than ever, we must Do Together, What We Cannot Do Alone!
I invite you to come to Westminster for the 2010 State Convention. More details will be coming out shortly. Watch for your Colorful Colorado Postmaster Magazine.
